## Executive Summary
Ukraine’s drone strikes are turning Russia’s Crimean supply routes into a lethal bottleneck

## Intelligence Brief
Ukrainian forces have intensified drone attacks on Russian logistics infrastructure in Crimea, targeting bridges and convoys near Armiansk. Coverage highlights strikes on a convoy of fuel and ammunition lorries, as well as damage to key bridges linking occupied Kherson to the peninsula. Major outlets—including *The Guardian*, DW, and *Meduza*—emphasize the strategic significance of these strikes, framing them as part of a broader effort to degrade Russia’s war-making capacity.

The term *“Highway of Death”* has emerged in coverage to describe the targeted route, now a focal point of Ukrainian military operations. Ukrainian sources confirm the attacks, while Western media underscore their potential to force Russia into costly logistical adjustments. Watch for escalation in drone warfare tactics and possible Russian countermeasures, such as air defense deployments or retaliatory strikes.

If successful, these operations could pressure Moscow’s ability to sustain forces in southern Ukraine, though coverage does not yet specify broader operational impacts.
