The statement, amplified by *IMDb*, *Yahoo News Canada*, and *People.com*, explicitly ties harassment to Season 2 filming preparations, urging fans to "extend that respect to our cast." *Cosmopolitan* and *Vulture* emphasize the show’s effort to maintain a boundary between online fandom and real-world privacy. *AOL.com* notes Prime Video’s involvement in the response, though specifics on enforcement remain unspecified. Next steps hinge on whether the team follows through on account removals and whether fan behavior shifts ahead of Season 2.
