## Executive Summary
Nintendo has scrubbed leaked official details regarding a Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake intended for the Nintendo Switch 2.

## Intelligence Brief
According to reporting from Kotaku, fans discovered hidden information regarding the project, which Nintendo then promptly deleted from its systems. The situation highlights a brief window where official specifications or project details were visible before the company intervened to keep the information confidential. Coverage of this event is being tracked across several gaming and technology outlets. Kotaku focuses on the sequence of events involving fans finding the hidden data and Nintendo's subsequent deletion of those details.

Meanwhile, Nintendo Everything reports that the Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake has been announced specifically for the Nintendo Switch 2. Additionally, 9to5Toys notes that official details regarding the remake were leaked, contributing to a broader narrative across these three publications about a premature reveal of the company's development plans. To understand the context of this trend, it is necessary to note the mention of the Nintendo Switch 2. The emergence of a remake of the classic title Ocarina of Time tied to this next-generation hardware suggests a strategic release window for Nintendo's upcoming console.

The fact that the information was categorized as official details indicates that this was not mere speculation by the community, but rather verified data that had been inadvertently exposed via Nintendo's own channels or associated digital footprints before the company could secure them. Looking forward, observers will be monitoring for any further official communication from Nintendo regarding the status of the Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake. While the leaked info was deleted, the reports from Nintendo Everything and other outlets have already linked the project to the Nintendo Switch 2. Future developments will likely center on whether Nintendo provides a formal press release to confirm the details found by fans or if they continue to maintain a policy of silence following the deletion of the hidden information.
