## Executive Summary
Military hostilities between the U.S. and Iran have intensified, marked by ongoing airstrikes and the collapse of a recent ceasefire agreement.

## Intelligence Brief
Hostilities have escalated between the U.S. and Iran following the breakdown of a ceasefire. Recent operations include U.S. airstrikes targeting five bridges in Iran and exchanges of fire between the two nations. Additionally, Iran has increased attacks on U.S. bases in Gulf states and issued warnings regarding maritime traffic in the strait.

Coverage from outlets including The Sunday Guardian, Reuters, BBC, and CNN documents the sustained conflict. Reports from the Institute for the Study of War and Drop Site News highlight ongoing military updates and legislative developments, such as the vote by 103 House Democrats to end aid to Israel. France 24 notes the resulting impact on crude oil prices.

Future developments remain dependent on the trajectory of ongoing military engagements. While updates continue to track strike patterns and regional threats, coverage does not yet specify long-term diplomatic or strategic objectives.
