## Executive Summary
The whereabouts of Iran's new supreme leader remain unknown as funeral proceedings for Ali Khamenei trigger heightened rhetoric between Tehran and Donald Trump.

## Intelligence Brief
Public mourning ceremonies for Iran’s late supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, are ongoing. Coverage indicates that the identity and location of his successor remain unconfirmed, as the new leader has not yet appeared in public.

Reports from the AP News, CNN, the South China Morning Post, The Seattle Times, and NDTV highlight both the ceremonial events and the aggressive language exchanged during the proceedings. A performer at the funeral issued calls for the death of Donald Trump, while the poet described the world as no longer a good place for the former president.

Coverage does not yet specify when the new supreme leader will make a public appearance. Observers are monitoring whether the verbal threats exchanged at the funeral will escalate beyond the rhetoric reported by NDTV and other outlets.
