## Executive Summary
Microsoft introduces a new Windows 11 Cloud Rebuild feature designed to repair non-booting PCs without requiring local media.

## Intelligence Brief
According to the coverage, this upcoming functionality is called 'Cloud Rebuild' and is engineered to reinstall the operating system on computers that will no longer boot up normally. The articles specify that the feature performs this rescue operation without requiring a hard copy of Windows or any local installation media previously prepared by the user. The Register notes that Microsoft has introduced technology built to rebuild dead PCs without needing local copies of the platform.

Neowin describes the rollout as a solution that finally fixes one of the single biggest headaches associated with reinstalling the software. Extremetech.com adds that the tool will reinstall the operating system entirely without physical media. The new Cloud Rebuild feature shifts this recovery mechanism into a cloud-based process, though specific details regarding activation steps or network requirements during a non-boot state are not yet fully detailed in the current coverage.

As the feature moves toward broader awareness, ongoing observation will track further announcements from Microsoft regarding deployment timelines and system compatibility. The coverage does not yet specify an exact release date for the general user base or whether hardware limitations will apply to older machines attempting to access the cloud recovery environment. Observers and users continue to monitor technical documentation for deeper insights into how the non-boot mechanism initiates the download process.
