## Executive Summary
Trump Mobile's $499 T1 phone ignites tech buzz over its low performance and cheap 'yellow plastic' design.

## Intelligence Brief
Trump Mobile launched the T1 smartphone at a price of $499. Early hands‑on coverage from outlets such as AOL.com, Softonic, The Verge and Android Authority notes the device is now available and reviewers have begun testing it.

Testing reports highlight that the T1 delivers roughly half the performance of a Pixel 10a and its display brightness is less than one‑fifth of the same benchmark. Reviewers describe the build as a “yellow plastic” shell and note the inclusion of a free charging brick as a sales incentive.

Coverage does not yet specify consumer sales or any forthcoming software updates. Future reporting will likely track broader user experiences, price reactions and whether Trump Mobile adjusts the offering in response to the performance criticisms.
