## Executive Summary
Larry Birkhead publicly denounces a forthcoming Anna Nicole Smith biopic, warning it could harm his daughter Dannielynn.

## Intelligence Brief
Birkhead described the project as causing “harm” for his daughter, Dannielynn, and declared that he “absolutely object” to its production. He also indicated that he is taking action against the doctor involved in the movie’s development. The biopic is described only as a doctor‑focused portrait, with no further plot details released. The coverage emphasizes his direct language—“harm,” “absolutely object”—and frames the episode as a rare instance of a family member confronting a biographical project before its release.

Anna Nicole Smith, described by the reports as a “late model,” was a high‑profile figure whose personal life has long attracted media attention. The proposed film, labeled a “doctor biopic,” suggests a focus on the medical professional who treated Smith, a narrative angle that Birkhead argues could reopen private family matters and affect his daughter’s public image. Given Smith’s notoriety and the public’s ongoing fascination with her life, a film about her medical care could attract significant attention, a factor Birkhead cites as part of the potential harm. Coverage does not yet specify the film’s title, distributor or scheduled premiere, leaving the next steps open to speculation.

Observers will watch for any formal legal filings by Birkhead, responses from the film’s producers, and potential injunction requests. Further statements from entertainment outlets are likely as the project moves toward production, and any court action could set precedent for how biopics involving deceased celebrities are contested. Analysts will also monitor whether the doctor named in the biopic files a counter‑claim, as the reports note that Birkhead’s action is directed against the physician rather than the studio.
