## Executive Summary
Edia is bringing three classic 1990s Super Famicom titles to modern hardware in the upcoming Super Yanoman Collection.

## Intelligence Brief
The Super Yanoman Collection has been officially announced as a compilation featuring three classic titles originally released for the Super Famicom. This collection is being brought to the modern market by the publisher Edia. According to the reports, the compilation will be available across a wide range of hardware platforms. Specifically, the collection is slated for release on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. Additionally, the games will be accessible to computer users via Steam on the PC. The official release date for the Super Yanoman Collection across these platforms is set for December 10. Significant coverage of this announcement has been provided by several gaming and technology news outlets.

Gematsu and RPG Site have both detailed the specific platforms involved, including the PS4 and PS5 consoles. Shane the Gamer highlighted that these are classics from the 1990s era of the Super Famicom. Meanwhile, ComicBook.com framed the announcement as a new SNES collection arriving for the Nintendo Switch and other systems. Time Extension focused on the role of Edia, noting that this represents the publisher's next collection effort to bring together these specific titles from the Yanoman catalog. To understand the context of this release, it is necessary to note the origins of the games. The titles were originally published by Yanoman for the Super Famicom, which is the Japanese version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. These games are characterized in the coverage as 1990s classics.

The transition of these legacy titles to modern systems like the PS5 and Switch reflects a broader trend of bringing vintage console experiences to contemporary hardware. The move to include a Steam release ensures that the collection is available on both console and PC environments for a wider audience of retro gaming enthusiasts. Looking forward, the primary milestone for consumers and analysts is the scheduled launch on December 10. Based on the current reports from RPG Site and Gematsu, the focus remains on the multi-platform availability of the three games. While the specific titles within the collection have not been listed individually in the provided headlines, the coverage establishes that Edia is the entity managing the publication. Future updates will likely center on the specific contents of the bundle as the December release date approaches, and whether further platforms beyond PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC are considered.
