## Executive Summary
Belkin is merging power delivery with home utility by launching a 10,000mAh power bank that doubles as a motion-sensing night light.

## Intelligence Brief
Belkin has officially introduced a new multifunctional hardware device that combines high-capacity portable power with integrated lighting. According to reports from Gizmochina and Notebookcheck, the new device is a 10,000mAh power bank capable of delivering 45W of power. A primary distinguishing feature of this hardware is its ability to function as a motion-sensing night light, allowing the user to utilize the device for both electronics charging and ambient illumination based on detected movement. Coverage of the product launch has been highlighted across several technology-focused publications.

Gizmochina and Notebookcheck specifically emphasize the technical specifications of the device, focusing on the 45W power output and the 10,000mAh capacity. Meanwhile, t3.com describes the product as a powerful 2-in-1 power bank with a built-in night light, and VICE has provided a review of the Belkin BoostCharge, with the outlet suggesting the device may become a favorite power bank for the reviewer. This product enters the market as part of the Belkin BoostCharge line, aiming to integrate two disparate utilities into a single portable form factor. The integration of a motion sensor suggests a design intended for use in environments where both a power source and a hands-free light source are needed simultaneously.

By combining these features, Belkin is positioning the BoostCharge as a versatile tool for users who require fast charging alongside functional home or travel lighting solutions. Future developments regarding the device will likely center on user experience and performance benchmarks. Since VICE has already begun reviewing the BoostCharge, further analysis of its real-world efficiency and the reliability of the motion-sensing light is expected. Observers will be watching to see how the 45W charging speed performs across various devices and whether the dual-purpose design impacts the overall battery longevity of the 10,000mAh cell.
