The brief
Yahoo Sports, NBC Sports and CBS Sports emphasize that the practical window for trading Pickens has closed and that his tag does not signal drama similar to other Cowboys stars. Reports also note his participation in workouts with quarterback Dak Prescott in Utah and mention AT&T Stadium’s return to football after the World Cup.
Coverage suggests to watch for official roster confirmation, any further contract negotiations beyond the tag, and updates from the Utah training sessions as the season approaches.
