## Intelligence Brief
Ukrainian military operations have resulted in the removal of Russian forces from Kostiantynivka. According to reports from several news outlets, the Skelya Regiment was the primary unit responsible for this action. The operation involved the clearing of enemy forces from the area and the securing of key districts within the town. This military movement is described as a successful effort to push Russian personnel out of the specified urban territory, ensuring that the area is now under Ukrainian control. Coverage of this event is widespread across multiple platforms, with Ukrinform providing video evidence of the Skelya Regiment's activities.

The outlet Мілітарний focused on the specific tactical actions taken by the soldiers, noting that the unit conducted essential mop-up operations within Kostiantynivka to ensure no remaining threats persisted. Meanwhile, the outlet Межа. Новини України reported that the regiment not only cleared the enemy forces but also successfully secured key districts, highlighting the operational success of the mission. The strategic significance of this event is emphasized by Daily Kos, which frames the victory within the context of the "Fortress Belt." The coverage suggests that the resilience of this defensive line has held, preventing a breach and allowing for the liberation of Kostiantynivka. This context is critical as it positions the town as a vital component of a broader defensive strategy designed to withstand Russian advances. The ability of the Skelya Regiment to execute these maneuvers indicates an adaptive approach to the current conflict's demands.

Moving forward, the situation will depend on the stability of the secured districts and the continued integrity of the fortress belt.
