## Intelligence Brief
Recent coverage details that players can apply to join the network test for FromSoftware's upcoming Switch 2 exclusive title, The Duskbloods, starting today. Outlets including Video Games Chronicle, Press Start Australia, GameSpot, VICE, Saiga NAK, and official channels from nintendo.com have all reported on the rollout. According to these reports, the recruitment phase for participants officially begins on July 22, giving interested users their first opportunity to secure early access to the game ahead of its official public release. Publications have expanded on the initial announcement by providing dedicated instructional guides and troubleshooting advice for prospective participants.

GameSpot published a quick fix guide intended for users struggling with the registration process, while Press Start Australia and nintendo.com issued direct instructions on how to successfully sign up. Simultaneously, VICE and Saiga NAK revealed the exact operational schedule for the upcoming trial period, ensuring that applicants are fully informed of the testing timeline. The coverage establishes that the network test itself is scheduled to take place across a multi-day window from August 21 to August 24. This early play period represents the primary opportunity for users to experience The Duskbloods ahead of the general launch.

Because the title is designated as a Switch 2 exclusive developed by FromSoftware, the network test serves as a significant initial touchpoint for players engaging with the new hardware platform and the specific software ecosystem surrounding the title. Future reports will likely track the conclusion of the tester recruitment phase, the distribution of access credentials, and any official updates regarding server stability or client downloads ahead of the August 21 start date. Coverage does not yet specify total tester capacity, hardware performance metrics, or subsequent testing phases, meaning observers must monitor official channels and participating outlets for further developments as the August testing window approaches.
