## Executive Summary
Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin and gold medalist Connor Hellebuyck join 'Celebrity Family Feud' amid a viral Barstool Sports defeat.

## Intelligence Brief
Dylan Larkin, the captain for the Detroit Red Wings, is set to compete on 'Celebrity Family Feud' as part of a gold medal-winning Team USA hockey contingent. According to reports from MLive.com and Detroit Hockey Now, Larkin will be captaining the Team USA side during the appearance. NHL.com and Fox News confirm that Larkin and Connor Hellebuyck will appear on the program alongside other fellow gold medalists. The presence of these Wisconsin greats represents Team USA Hockey on the celebrity game show, bringing high-profile athletic representation to the competitive format. Coverage from Yahoo Sports and the New York Post emphasizes a contrasting high-profile episode involving Barstool Sports. In a match against the relatives of Mavericks player Cooper Flagg, the Barstool Sports crew suffered a historic and embarrassing loss.

Yahoo Sports reports that the team was shut out with a score of 543-0, a result the New York Post describes as a total flop. The coverage highlights a specific moment of tension where Mavericks' Cooper Flagg was left in disbelief following an NSFW answer provided by Dave Portnoy during the gameplay. Context for these appearances involves the intersection of professional sports and mainstream entertainment. While Team USA hockey players are appearing as celebrated gold medalists, the Barstool Sports appearance was characterized by conflict and failure. Mavs Moneyball and University of Maine Athletics noted the specific involvement of Ace Flagg and Cooper Flagg's family in the showdown against Dave Portnoy's crew. This particular episode has become a point of discussion due to the stark nature of the zero-point score and the behavior of the participants.

Future developments will likely center on the airing of the Team USA episodes. Based on reports from Fox News and NHL.com, viewers can expect to see how Larkin and Hellebuyck fare in the competition compared to the Barstool Sports outcome. Additionally, Yahoo reports that host Steve Harvey will not welcome Dave Portnoy back to the show following the incident involving Cooper Flagg's relatives. The trajectory of these celebrity appearances continues to draw attention to the personalities involved from the NHL, NBA, and digital media.
