## Intelligence Brief
Major League Baseball betting and fantasy analysis has intensified during the final week of July 2026. Analysts are providing a high volume of moneyline picks, player props, and daily fantasy sports strategies across multiple dates. For Sunday, July 26, RotoWire, Covers.com, and VSiN have released best bets, while ESPN is specifically highlighting a recent surge by Mookie Betts as a betting tip. The coverage for this date also includes a matchup between the Dodgers and the Mets, with SNY providing viewing information and Metsmerized hosting a game thread for the 1:40 P.M. start. Various sports media outlets are focusing on different betting modalities. Covers.com is emphasizing home run predictions and parlay odds for July 26, while RotoWire is focusing on DFS strategy and value plays specifically for FanDuel.

Earlier in the window, the Action Network provided predictions for matchups including the Royals versus the Tigers and the Dodgers versus the Mets for Saturday, July 25. VSiN has featured Greg Peterson's best bets for both Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, CBS Sports highlighted a three-way parlay with potential returns of nearly +600 for Friday, July 24. The broader context of this trend involves a mix of team performance analysis and individual player streaks. For example, ESPN's coverage for Friday, July 24, focused on the Marlins and their attempt to snap out of a funk. The betting landscape also encompasses fantasy baseball, with the DraftKings Network providing a cheat sheet for top MLB DFS plays on July 25.

Previous results in the league have seen the Pirates defeat the Yankees with a final score of 5-3 in a game that lasted 10 innings on July 22, a date when the Action Network featured Ryan Minion's best bets. Moving forward, observers will track the outcomes of the predicted home run prop bets and moneyline picks for the Sunday, July 26 slate. Future coverage is expected to detail the performance of the Dodgers and Mets following their scheduled 1:40 P.M. game. Analysts from RotoWire and Covers.com will likely update their value plays and predictions as the results from the July 24 through July 26 window are finalized. The efficacy of the specific parlay mentioned by CBS Sports and the surge of Mookie Betts noted by ESPN will be key focal points for subsequent betting reports.
