## Executive Summary
United States military strikes enter their thirteenth consecutive night as regional tensions expand.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent reporting from outlets including CNN, Al Jazeera, NBC News, and The New York Times establishes that the United States military has carried out strikes against Iran for the thirteenth consecutive night. According to coverage from Al Jazeera, these developments follow reported Iranian military actions targeting Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, and Erbil, alongside four fatalities resulting from United States actions in Ahvaz. Additional reports from DW.com connect the newest United States strikes over the Hormuz region directly to shipping threats. Simultaneously, coverage across Axios, Time Magazine, Fox News, NPR, AP News, The Hill, and CNBC details that President Trump is weighing a massive, bigger-than-ever attack on Iran.

Reporting from Axios indicates that the administration is close to a decision on this escalation. Time Magazine and The New York Times note that these potential actions come as Iran has rejected a United States cease-fire proposal. Meanwhile, The Hill highlights that Republican hawks are actively urging the administration to execute larger military operations. The broader economic and political context centers on severe market disruptions and financial penalties detailed by Fox News, CNBC, and IranWire.

IranWire reports a specific financial measure wherein ship damage costs are slated to be paid using frozen Iranian assets, adding another layer of economic consequence to the hostilities. Looking ahead, coverage does not yet specify the exact timing or final authorization of the contemplated massive attack, nor does it detail specific long-term diplomatic off-ramps. Outlets such as AP News and The New York Times observe fluctuating daily operational tempos, noting periods where strikes momentarily abate even while overarching threats persist. Observers and market participants will continue monitoring updates from the White House, regional capitals, and shipping lanes to determine whether the conflict escalates further.
