Meghan Markle has appeared on the television program MasterChef Australia, an event that included a surprise video call from Prince Harry. During this broadcast, Meghan referred to Prince Harry as 'a charmer.' The appearance involved culinary activities that The Times characterized as 'celeriac-based faffing' and described the overall tone of the segment as a 'big gush-fest.' The event has generated significant media attention across multiple international news platforms regarding both the content of the show and the presentation of the Duchess. Coverage from several outlets highlights different facets of the appearance. People.com focused specifically on the element of surprise regarding the video call from Prince Harry. Yahoo reported on the fashion aspects of the episode, noting that the outfit worn by Meghan Markle spotlighted an Australian designer.

Meanwhile, the BBC reported on her specific description of Prince Harry as 'a charmer' during the broadcast. Fox News brought an analytical perspective to the event, noting that experts believe the controversy surrounding the MasterChef Australia appearance may be exactly the point of the exercise. Future developments to watch include the official response or further commentary from the couple regarding the appearance.
