## Executive Summary
Harry and Meghan face a fresh entertainment blow as their new Girl Scout cookie documentary is outperformed at the box office by a cat video compilation.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent reports from outlets including The Independent, Vanity Fair, nytimes.com, thetimes.com, and Page Six detail a notable box office setback for a newly released documentary project produced by Harry and Meghan. Titled Cookie Queens, the film focuses on the Girl Scouts, who serve as the central stars of the feature. According to the coverage, the documentary faced unexpected competition and was ultimately beaten at the box office by a separate compilation of cat videos. The dual focus of the coverage highlights both the commercial performance of the project and the underlying thematic content of the film itself.

The widespread media attention surrounding the release emphasizes the commercial struggle of the production against unconventional rivals. Outlets such as Page Six and The Independent explicitly frame the outcome as a fresh blow to the producers, while thetimes.com echoes the comparison to the competing cat video compilation. Conversely, other publications like Vanity Fair and nytimes.com focus more deeply on the internal subject matter of the film, pointing out that the featured Girl Scouts carry a specific message directed toward politicians, positioning the young scouts as the primary focal point of the narrative. Contextually, this release arrives amid ongoing public and media scrutiny regarding media projects produced by Harry and Meghan.

The intersection of high-profile executive production and unexpected box office hurdles provides significant material for entertainment journalism. Coverage does not yet specify the exact financial metrics or ticket sales figures associated with either Cookie Queens or the competing cat video compilation, leaving the precise margin of the box office defeat unquantified in current reports. Future updates will depend on further reporting from the outlets tracking the theatrical run and public reception of the project. Observers will be watching to see how the producers respond to the commercial performance, whether additional promotional efforts will be deployed for Cookie Queens, and if further details regarding the box office tallies will be released by industry analysts in subsequent news cycles.
