Disney confirms an EPCOT Imagination Pavilion refurbishment that reunites Dreamfinder and Figment after decades of fan complaints.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent coverage from outlets including WDWMagic, WDW Magazine, AllEars.Net, Yahoo, Mickey Visit, and ABC30 Fresno details major updates across Disney parks, centered most prominently on EPCOT. Specifically, Disney has confirmed an official refurbishment project for the EPCOT Imagination Pavilion. This development brings back the beloved duo of Dreamfinder and Figment, a move that addresses long-standing requests from park visitors. While the exact timeline and closure dates remain unstated in current reports, the confirmation itself marks a significant shift in how the park is addressing its classic attractions following years of public commentary. Media reports heavily emphasize fan response to the announcement.

Outlets like Yahoo and Mickey Visit frame the update as a direct reaction to decades of visitor complaints regarding the previous state of the classic ride. Coverage from AllEars.Net and WDW Magazine highlights the specific emotional resonance of seeing Dreamfinder and Figment reunite within the pavilion. Meanwhile, ABC30 Fresno broadens the scope of current Disney park developments by pointing to an upcoming reimagining slated for Disneyland's Tomorrowland, indicating that multiple major resort areas are currently undergoing structural or thematic evaluations according to the compiled reporting. The context surrounding these announcements involves a lengthy history of audience feedback directed at the theme parks. According to Mickey Visit, the decision to redo the classic ride follows a multi-year period of sustained critique from devoted park-goers who desired the return of original characters like Dreamfinder.

The Imagination Pavilion at EPCOT has previously seen several iterations, but fan sentiment has consistently favored the restoration of older elements. The current coverage does not yet detail the complete scope of physical changes inside the pavilion or how the updated attraction will integrate modern technology with the returning nostalgic characters. Observers and interested visitors will need to monitor upcoming announcements for further specifics regarding the scheduling of the EPCOT Imagination Pavilion refurbishment. Coverage does not yet specify when the construction work will officially begin, how long the attraction might remain closed during the updates, or when the reunited Dreamfinder and Figment will officially make their debut to the public. Additionally, future reports will likely clarify the extent of Disneyland's Tomorrowland reimagining mentioned in initial regional broadcasts, as the available headlines currently lack detailed operational milestones for that project.
