## Executive Summary
Ukraine has launched one of the largest aerial attacks of the war, targeting Moscow with 600 drones as explosions are reported in Kyiv.

## Intelligence Brief
A massive aerial escalation is underway as Moscow was targeted by 600 drones overnight, according to live reporting from France 24. This offensive represents one of the largest aerial attacks of the war launched by Ukraine, as detailed by 10TV. The scale of the operation has resulted in significant casualties within Russia, with 10TV reporting that at least 6 people have been killed. Simultaneous activity has been noted in Ukraine, where France 24 reports that explosions have been heard in Kyiv, indicating a bidirectional exchange of strikes during this period of intensified conflict. Coverage from the Kyiv Post emphasizes the physical destruction resulting from these operations, specifically noting that massive fires have engulfed Wildberries logistics hubs following a drone strike.

This specific targeting of logistics infrastructure highlights a shift or focus on economic and supply chain nodes. The reporting is being tracked across multiple international and regional outlets, including France 24, 10TV, and the Kyiv Post, which together provide a picture of high-volume drone deployment and subsequent fire outbreaks at key industrial sites. To understand the current stakes, the coverage indicates that the volume of the attack—600 drones—marks a significant peak in the aerial campaign of the war. The focus on logistics hubs, such as those operated by Wildberries, suggests a strategy of targeting operational infrastructure. The simultaneous occurrence of explosions in Kyiv suggests that the drone strikes on Moscow are part of a broader, active engagement where both urban centers are experiencing direct kinetic impacts, raising the immediate risk to civilian populations and critical infrastructure in both nations.

Future developments to monitor include further casualty counts from the Russian side and the full extent of the damage to the Wildberries logistics hubs. Because France 24 is providing live coverage, updates regarding the status of the drone incursions in Moscow and the explosions in Kyiv are expected to evolve. Observers will be looking for official confirmation of the total number of drones intercepted or successfully deployed, as well as any official responses from the governments involved regarding this specific wave of aerial attacks.
