## Executive Summary
Fantasy baseball analysts are identifying key streaming pitchers and two-start options as the season enters Week 22 and August draws to a close.

## Intelligence Brief
Fantasy baseball managers are currently focusing on starting pitcher streamer rankings for the dates of August 16, August 17, and August 18. According to reports from Pitcher List, these rankings are designed to help players identify waiver wire pickups and streaming options to optimize their rosters. The focus is on specific windows of availability as the August schedule winds down, providing a roadmap for managers seeking to fill gaps in their pitching rotations during this late-season stretch. Coverage from several major sports outlets emphasizes the importance of two-start pitchers for Week 22.

CBS Sports highlights Kyle Leahy and Jose Soriano as featured options in their two-start pitcher rankings. Simultaneously, NBC Sports reports that Drew Rasmussen is leading what is described as a limited group of quality options for managers. This indicates a tightening market for high-impact pitchers as the league enters the final stages of the month, with only a few reliable multi-start candidates available. The context for these trends is the specific timing of Week 22 and the general attrition associated with the end of August.

FantasyPros provides guidance on waiver wire pickups, suggesting that the current strategy revolves around maximizing innings and efficiency through streaming. Moving forward, observers should monitor the performance of the highlighted pitchers, specifically Kyle Leahy, Jose Soriano, and Drew Rasmussen, to see if they meet the expectations set by CBS Sports and NBC Sports. Further updates from Pitcher List regarding the rankings for August 16 through August 18 will be the primary indicator of which waiver wire targets remain viable. Coverage does not yet specify which other pitchers may emerge as sleepers beyond the named individuals.
