## Executive Summary
Putin finally addresses Ukrainian drone strikes on Wildberries, vows rebuild and downplays damage.

## Intelligence Brief
In a statement he said the strikes on Russian facilities have “no critical consequences and never will,” and he ordered the government to help rebuild the damaged warehouses. Ukrainian Pravda reported Putin’s insistence that the strikes lack critical impact. The Independent noted that Ukraine’s drone attacks are damaging Russia, placing the Wildberries incidents in a broader campaign. FT.com focused on Putin’s pledge to aid the warehouses, Reuters detailed the rebuilding order, and the Kyiv Independent highlighted the president’s break in silence.

Together the outlets frame the Kremlin’s response and the perceived severity of the damage. The decision to allocate state resources signals both a political message of resilience and a practical effort to restore a key commercial hub serving millions. Observers will watch how the Kremlin implements the rebuilding program, including any budget allocations or contracts for the warehouses. Further statements from Russian officials may clarify whether assistance will extend to other private logistics operators.

Coverage also suggests continued Ukrainian drone activity, so monitoring of subsequent attacks is likely. International reactions, especially from trade partners and sanctions bodies, may appear in forthcoming Reuters or FT reports.
