## Executive Summary
BLACKPINK member Jennie prepares for the August 28 release of her new solo physical EP titled 'Fallen Angel'.

## Intelligence Brief
According to reports from allkpop, the upcoming project will consist of six tracks. The release is accompanied by a specific visual direction, which allkpop describes as featuring film-like concept photos. This confirms that the project is not merely a digital release but will include a physical format for fans to acquire. Multiple media outlets are tracking the timing of this release. Both Pitchfork and The Korea Times have reported that the album is arriving this week, with Pitchfork specifically noting that the EP is scheduled to drop this Friday.

Power 106 (KPWR FM) has further solidified the timeline by explicitly naming the August 28 release date for 'Fallen Angel'. The coverage across these outlets emphasizes the rapid turnaround of the announcement and the anticipation surrounding the solo work. This development occurs amidst a broader surge of activity from the members of BLACKPINK. Billboard reports that Lisa and Jisoo have also announced their own new solo projects. Notably, these announcements from Lisa and Jisoo were made just hours apart from one another, placing Jennie's 'Fallen Angel' within a wider context of simultaneous solo endeavors by the group's members.

This collective movement suggests a period of high individual productivity for the artists. Observers will be watching for the official arrival of the six tracks on August 28 as detailed by Power 106. Future attention will likely focus on the reception of the film-like concept photos mentioned by allkpop and the specific nature of the solo projects from Lisa and Jisoo, which Billboard indicates are currently underway. The industry is awaiting the full rollout of these separate ventures to see how they align with the group's overall trajectory.
