## Executive Summary
Ryan Gosling is partnering with Warner Bros. to reboot The Flintstones via a live-action film focused on an adult Bamm-Bamm.

## Intelligence Brief
Actor Ryan Gosling is currently working on a new live-action film based on The Flintstones. According to reports from Deadline and Nerdist, the project is not a standard adaptation but is specifically developing a story centered around an adult version of the character Bamm-Bamm. The project is officially in the works at Warner Bros., where Gosling is serving as a producer on the production. This marks a significant shift for the franchise as it moves toward a live-action reboot of the prehistoric setting. Major entertainment trade publications have confirmed the development of the film.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that the movie is in the works at Warner Bros. with Ryan Gosling attached as a producer. Simultaneously, Collider states that Gosling is officially rebooting The Flintstones, while The Daily Beast notes that the live-action movie proposal has hit Gosling's desk. These outlets collectively highlight the transition of the classic property into a modern live-action format under Gosling's creative involvement. Contextually, this project represents a revival of The Flintstones intellectual property through a new lens. While previous iterations of the franchise have existed, the current coverage emphasizes the specific creative choice to focus on Bamm-Bamm as an adult.

This narrative pivot suggests a departure from the traditional family dynamics of the original series. The involvement of Warner Bros. indicates a studio-level commitment to bringing this prehistoric world back to cinema screens with a focused character study. Future developments will likely center on casting and the specific scope of the plot. While it is established that the film focuses on adult Bamm-Bamm, coverage does not yet specify who will play the role or if Ryan Gosling will appear on screen in addition to his producer duties. Observers will be watching for further announcements from Warner Bros. regarding production timelines, director attachments, and whether other characters from the original series will appear in this updated live-action version.
