## Executive Summary
The NFL enters final roster cuts as the Buffalo Bills release 13 players and the Cleveland Browns cut veteran receiver Cedric Tillman.

## Intelligence Brief
The NFL is currently undergoing a series of significant roster movements as teams prepare for the regular season. Simultaneously, the Buffalo Bills have undergone a substantial reduction in their player count, with Audacy reporting that the team released 13 players. Among those departing from the Bills is wide receiver Mecole Hardman, as noted by NFL.com. Other league-wide movements include the New England Patriots acquiring running back Corey Kiner from the Arizona Cardinals, while the New York Giants have completed a trade with the Baltimore Ravens to acquire defensive lineman C.J. Coverage of these developments is widespread across several sports media outlets. NBC Sports has highlighted the Patriots' acquisition of Corey Kiner, while NFL.com provided a broad roundup of the Giants' trade for Okoye and the Bills' decision to release Hardman.

The Democrat and Chronicle has implemented a roster cuts tracker specifically for the Buffalo Bills as the organization works to trim its list down to the mandatory 53 players. Additionally, Yahoo Sports has shifted its focus toward the aftermath of these cuts, exploring which players may remain on the practice squad and suggesting that the Carolina Panthers should target the receiver recently released by the Cleveland Browns. These movements are critical because NFL teams are bound by strict roster limits, requiring them to finalize a 53-man squad before the season begins. For the Buffalo Bills, the release of 13 players marks a definitive step toward their final roster configuration. The movement of veterans like Hardman and the trading of defensive talent like C.J. Okoye demonstrate how teams are actively reshuffling their assets to address specific positional needs or salary cap constraints before the window for preseason adjustments closes.

Looking forward, the primary focus remains on the final composition of the 53-man rosters across the league. Buffalo Rumblings is currently providing predictions for the Bills' final lineup, while Yahoo Sports is monitoring the potential landing spot for the Browns' former receiver. Observers will be watching to see if the Carolina Panthers act on the recommendation to sign the available wide receiver and how the newly acquired players, such as Corey Kiner in New England and C.J. Okoye in New York, integrate into their respective schemes. The final preseason games will serve as the last opportunity for teams to evaluate remaining talent before the rosters are locked.
