Coverage from multiple outlets emphasizes different aspects of the performance and the resulting reactions.

The Phinsider focused on the specific reactions to the Falcons versus Dolphins game, noting that while Tagovailoa was booed, player Chris Bell shone during the outing. Meanwhile, AJC.com provided a stock report identifying the risers and fallers from the preseason win, with an opinion piece specifically arguing that Tagovailoa's performance demonstrated why he should be the starter for the Falcons in their season opener.
