## Intelligence Brief
Dolly Parton has been laid to rest following an intimate funeral service. According to reports from ABC News and Nine.com.au, the burial took place in Nashville and was conducted privately. The confirmation of the event came from Parton's niece, who shared the news that the singer was laid to rest yesterday. This private ceremony marks the final farewell for the music icon, though the specific details of the attendees were kept limited due to the intimate nature of the service. Coverage of the event has been widespread across several major media outlets.

NBC News reported on an emotional tribute shared by Parton's niece following the private funeral. ABC News focused on the location of the burial, specifically noting that it occurred in Nashville. Meanwhile, Nine.com.au highlighted the confirmation from the niece regarding the intimate nature of the service. These reports collectively emphasize the family's desire for privacy during the burial process while allowing for a public acknowledgement of the loss. Contextual reports from People.com have added a layer of personal detail to the current events by recalling a previous revelation from Parton.

The outlet noted that Dolly Parton had once revealed the specific song she wanted to be sung at her funeral. Moving forward, observers are monitoring for further official statements from the family or representatives. While the burial has been confirmed as completed by her niece and reported by NBC News and ABC News, the coverage does not yet specify if there will be a public memorial or if the family intends to keep all further proceedings private.
