According to reports from outlets including People.com, Entertainment Weekly, Page Six, The News International, Yahoo News UK, and Yahoo, Taylor was asked to lose 10 pounds before taking on the iconic character of Marcia Brady. The demand came as an unexpected directive during the initial stages of production, leaving the actor feeling embarrassed by the physical requirements placed upon her at the time.
