The nation is organizing a historic state funeral for the late monarch, an event designated as 'Operation K'. In the wake of this loss, King Haakon and Ingrid Alexandra have appeared together in a poignant Palace appearance, signaling their emergence as the new royal team leading the Norwegian monarchy. Coverage from Yahoo emphasizes the logistical and emotional scale of the event, specifically detailing the preparations for 'Operation K' and the public's final farewell to King Harald V.
