## Executive Summary
The third episode of Lanterns reaches a new series high of 10 million global viewers on HBO Max.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent reporting across multiple entertainment and tech outlets indicates that the television series Lanterns is continuing to draw significant viewership on HBO and Max. According to coverage from Variety, TheWrap, and Deadline, the third episode of the series has successfully attracted a total of 10 million viewers globally on HBO Max. This figure represents a new series high for the program, establishing that the audience for the show has continued to grow with each newly released installment rather than tapering off after its initial premiere. Additional details provided by outlets such as Yahoo and Gizmodo emphasize the broader performance metrics of the show on the streaming platform.

Yahoo reports that Lanterns has achieved the status of being HBO's third most successful new show ever, placing it directly behind House of the Dragon and The Last of Us. Coverage notes that the series is already proving to be a major achievement for the DC Universe, though specific articles mention there are various nuances or catches associated with this success as the season progresses. Context surrounding the broader entertainment ecosystem is highlighted in reports from IMDb, which points out that related media properties are also experiencing renewed interest. Specifically, coverage indicates that Nathan Fillion's return as a Green Lantern has officially sent Ryan Reynolds' notorious movie back up the streaming charts.

This ancillary movement demonstrates how the current broadcast momentum of Lanterns is affecting older titles within the broader franchise library across digital platforms. As audiences continue to follow the release schedule, attention has turned toward future installments. TechRadar has published details focusing on the release date and launch time for the upcoming fourth episode on HBO Max. While initial reports establish the robust debut numbers and the milestone figures for the third episode, ongoing coverage does not yet specify the final cumulative viewership totals for the complete season, leaving future trajectory metrics to be determined by upcoming publishing cycles.
