## Executive Summary
The world premiere of 'Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger' at the Venice Film Festival marks the first documented reunion of Liam and Noel Gallagher in 15 years.

## Intelligence Brief
The documentary 'Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger' has premiered at the Venice Film Festival, documenting the reconciliation of Liam and Noel Gallagher after 15 years apart. According to reports from AP News, Newsday, and The Seattle Times, the film has significantly impacted the festival. While Facebook updates confirmed the brothers' arrival in Venice for the world premiere, and British Vogue noted their appearance in Madchester style, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter report that Liam and Noel Gallagher skipped the official press conference for the concert documentary. The production, which is produced by Steven Knight, focuses on the process of the band's reunion and subsequent tour. Coverage from Variety emphasizes the perspectives of the directors who filmed the Gallaghers' first reunion in 15 years. Steven Knight has provided specific insights through interviews, stating that the documentary is about reconciliation.

According to Yahoo, Knight noted that Noel Gallagher had no idea the reunion tour would achieve its current level of popularity. The Independent has focused on Knight's theories regarding the timing of the reunion and the specific secrets that allowed the brothers to make peace before the tour began. Other high-profile figures, including Robert Pattinson, are mentioned by AP News as contributing to the star power present at the festival during these events. The documentary serves as a record of a long-awaited professional reconciliation, providing context on how the reunion actually happened according to The Times. The film is described by Hotpress as a rock 'n' roll rollercoaster and is scheduled for a cinema release on September 9. This release is expanding to various locations, with the Manchester Evening News listing cinemas across Greater Manchester that will screen the film.

The timing of this release follows the high-profile tour that brought the brothers back together after more than a decade of separation, a period of time that the documentary explicitly captures and explores. Future attention is directed toward the wide availability of the film following its theatrical run. Men's Journal is currently reporting on the streaming release window and questioning when the documentary will become available on Disney+. As the September 9 cinema date approaches, coverage will likely shift toward the public reception of the film's depiction of the Gallagher brothers' relationship. The factual focus remains on the transition from the Venice Film Festival premiere to the global cinema launch and the eventual move to a digital streaming platform for a wider audience.
