## Executive Summary
The Indianapolis Colts have restructured their roster ahead of Week 1, involving key changes to the offensive line and defensive secondary.

## Intelligence Brief
The Indianapolis Colts have implemented a series of roster changes immediately preceding their Week 1 matchup. According to official announcements from colts.com, the team has signed tackle Luke Tenuta to the 53-man active roster after he previously served on the practice squad. In conjunction with this promotion, the organization has waived cornerback Jaylon Jones, who is described in coverage as a former starting defender. Additionally, the team has added tight end Kenny Fletcher Jr. to the practice squad to bolster their depth at that position. Coverage of these transactions has been widespread across sports media.

CBS Sports specifically highlighted the signing of Kenny Fletcher to the practice squad, while heavy.com focused on the promotion of Luke Tenuta, noting that the tackle is a former member of the Green Bay Packers and stands at 6-foot-8. Stampede Blue and Colts Wire both reported on the overall nature of the moves, with Colts Wire explicitly noting that one of the released players was a former draft pick of the organization. These moves are significant as they occur just prior to the start of the regular season, indicating a late-stage adjustment to the team's active personnel. The transition of Luke Tenuta from the practice squad to the 53-man roster suggests a shift in the offensive line's composition. Simultaneously, the decision to waive Jaylon Jones removes a player who had previously held a starting role in the defensive secondary, creating a vacancy in the team's defensive depth chart as they enter the first week of play.

Future developments to watch include the final status of Jaylon Jones following his waiver and how the newly promoted Luke Tenuta integrates into the active game-day roster. The team will also likely monitor the development of Kenny Fletcher Jr. on the practice squad to see if he eventually earns a promotion to the active list. The Colts' final roster composition for Week 1 is now set following these three specific transactions involving the tackle, cornerback, and tight end positions.
