## Executive Summary
Donald Trump is facing scrutiny after sharing a doctored video on Truth Social that falsely suggests King Charles ignored a fainting worker.

## Intelligence Brief
Former President Donald Trump has shared a video on the social media platform Truth Social that depicts King Charles walking away from a man who had fainted. According to reports from The Independent and Newsweek, the footage was edited to create the impression that the King intentionally ignored the fainting worker. The video has been characterized as misleading, with various reports indicating that the sequence of events was altered to suggest a lack of concern from the British monarch toward the distressed individual. Coverage of the incident is widespread across multiple major news outlets. The BBC and The Times have specifically described the video as misleading and doctored, respectively.

The Daily Beast characterized the edit as being cruelly executed, while The Telegraph emphasized that the footage was edited to specifically show the King ignoring the man. These outlets collectively highlight a discrepancy between the footage shared by Trump and the actual events that took place during the encounter with the fainting worker. This development matters because it involves the use of manipulated media by a high-profile political figure to target a foreign head of state. The focus of the reporting across the six sources is the inaccuracy of the visual evidence provided on Truth Social. By sharing a version of events that wrongly suggests King Charles displayed indifference toward a medical emergency, the post has drawn criticism for its failure to represent the reality of the situation, as noted by the combined reporting of Newsweek and the BBC.

Future attention will likely remain on the persistence of the post on Truth Social and any potential responses from the palace or other official representatives. The coverage does not yet specify if the video has been removed or if there has been a formal correction issued. Observers are monitoring whether further doctored media will be shared or if the specific nature of the edits will be further detailed by the forensic analysis of the news organizations currently reporting on the story.
