## Executive Summary
Ukrainian drone operations have targeted Russian energy infrastructure and military assets across multiple regions, including the Arctic and Black Sea coast.

## Intelligence Brief
Ukrainian drone forces have launched a series of strikes against Russian territory, targeting energy facilities and military installations. According to reporting from the Kyiv Post, the Saratov refinery was hit again, while Bloomberg reports that drones targeted an energy facility located in Russia's Arctic region. In Novorossiysk, coverage from ukrinform.net and The Kyiv Independent indicates that an oil terminal was struck. Additionally, Ukrinform reports that unmanned systems destroyed a Mi-8 helicopter and an Su-33 fighter jet in Anapa, and struck warships and Kalibr launchers in Novorossiysk. Multiple news outlets have focused on the human toll and the strategic nature of these attacks.

Reuters, The Moscow Times, and Yahoo all report that four people were killed during the attacks on Novorossiysk. The Moscow Times further specifies that drone attacks targeted various Russian regions as well as Crimea. DW.com reports a broader exchange of drone strikes between Ukraine and Russia, stating that six people were killed in total. The coverage highlights a wide geographic spread of targets, ranging from the Arctic north to the Black Sea ports. Contextual reporting from the Kyiv Post suggests these strikes are occurring as Russia faces a deepening fuel crisis.

The targeting of the Saratov refinery and oil terminals in Novorossiysk indicates a strategic focus on Russian energy infrastructure and fuel logistics. The destruction of high-value military assets, such as the Su-33 fighter jet and Kalibr launchers, underscores a simultaneous effort to degrade Russian aerial and naval capabilities in the region. Future developments will likely center on the ongoing exchange of drone strikes reported by DW.com and the impact of these hits on Russia's energy stability. Monitoring will focus on whether further energy facilities in the Arctic or Black Sea regions are targeted. Coverage will also likely track the official Russian response to the deaths in Novorossiysk and the reported losses of military aircraft and naval launchers in Anapa and Novorossiysk.
