## Executive Summary
Blizzard is surveying World of Warcraft: Forever players about the potential addition of 11 new character classes, including Bards and Witches.

## Intelligence Brief
Blizzard is currently conducting a player survey regarding World of Warcraft: Forever that suggests the introduction of new character classes to the game. According to reports from PC Gamer and Eurogamer, the survey pitches several specific roles to the player base, including a Bard, a Witch, and a Tinker. GameSpot reports that the alleged survey teases a total of 11 new classes, some of which are described as deep cuts. This indicates a potential expansion of the available gameplay archetypes within the Forever edition of the title. Coverage of this development is widespread across major gaming outlets.

Eurogamer specifically highlights the inclusion of the Illusionist class alongside the Bard and Tinker in Blizzard's polling. PC Gamer focuses on the survey pitching these options to players, while Kotaku reports that the survey suggests these classes are coming to the game. Hotspawn has provided a comprehensive look at all the new classes being polled by Blizzard, emphasizing the breadth of the options presented to the community in this specific inquiry. The context for this trend lies in the long-standing class system of World of Warcraft, where certain archetypes have remained absent or highly requested by the community for years. The mention of deep cuts in the GameSpot coverage suggests that Blizzard may be looking beyond standard fantasy tropes to diversify the combat and social utility roles available to players.

By utilizing a survey, the developer is gathering direct player feedback on which of these never-before-seen classes would be most welcomed in the current state of World of Warcraft: Forever. Future developments depend on how Blizzard processes the results of this polling. While the survey suggests new classes are coming, the coverage does not specify a release date or a confirmed implementation timeline for any of the 11 teased roles. Observers will be watching to see if Blizzard officially confirms the addition of the Bard, Witch, Tinker, or Illusionist, and whether the remaining classes mentioned in the survey will be formally announced as part of a content update for the game.
