## Executive Summary
Neon is developing an anthology movie based on the SCP Foundation, a collaborative online horror fiction project.

## Intelligence Brief
According to coverage from Yahoo, the film production company Neon is in the process of creating its own movie based on the SCP Foundation. The source material for this cinematic venture is the SCP Foundation, which is a well-known online horror forum where users collaborate to write fictional reports and documentation regarding anomalous entities and objects. Yahoo's report emphasizes that Neon is taking on the production of this specific intellectual property.

The coverage highlights the transition of the SCP Foundation from a community-driven digital writing project to a professional cinematic adaptation under Neon's direction. To understand the significance of this development, it is necessary to recognize that the SCP Foundation is not a traditional book or movie franchise, but a decentralized collaborative fiction project hosted on an online forum. For years, this community has built an expansive universe of horror and science fiction, creating a vast library of documented anomalies.

The move by Neon to adapt this material represents an attempt to bring this internet-native horror mythology to a mainstream global audience through a high-profile studio release. Because the SCP Foundation consists of thousands of different user-generated stories, future updates are expected to clarify which particular anomalies will be prioritized for the screen. Coverage does not yet specify a release date or the current stage of pre-production, leaving those as the primary points of interest for upcoming reports.
