According to reports from Yahoo, these particular shows are described as star-studded, as the band intends to share the stage with a variety of all-star guests. The announcement marks a significant return for the ensemble to the Los Angeles music scene, positioning the Hollywood Bowl as the primary venue for their comeback appearances. Coverage of the announcement has varied in tone across different media outlets. Yahoo has focused on the spectacle of the events, highlighting the high-profile nature of the guest list and the prestige of the venue.

Conversely, Syracuse.com has reported on a different aspect of the rollout, focusing on the reaction of the band's fanbase. According to Syracuse.com, some fans have expressed frustration and annoyance regarding the timing of the news, specifically citing a delay in the announcement. The choice of the Hollywood Bowl provides a historic backdrop for a return that has been closely watched by the global rock community. Looking forward, the focus remains on the specific details of the two Los Angeles shows. While the headliner and venue have been confirmed, coverage does not yet specify the exact identities of the all-star guests who will appear alongside the band.
