## Executive Summary
A gold-colored, nude statue depicting Donald Trump has been installed at the European Parliament building.

## Intelligence Brief
Coverage spanning multiple international outlets details the sudden appearance of a gold, naked statue of Donald Trump inside the European Parliament. The installation has taken place at the European Union legislative body's headquarters, which is located in Strasbourg, France. Reports from organizations such as Newsweek, DW.com, Yahoo, SBS, and Ukrainian National News (UNN) document the presence of the artwork. The statue is characterized in coverage by a specific descriptive label, referred to in reports as the Orange Plague. The physical placement of the artwork directly inside the legislative headquarters marks an unusual intersection of political symbolism and public physical art within the European Union institution.

The unfolding media narrative is driven by several prominent news organisations detailing the event. Yahoo and Newsweek emphasize the visual nature of the gold statue and its location within the European Parliament. German broadcaster DW.com highlights the geographic setting, explicitly noting the display is situated in Strasbourg. South Korean outlet SBS points out that the headquarters is located in France, while Ukrainian National News (UNN) and Maeil Business Newspaper report on the installation itself. Coverage does not yet specify who created the statue, how it was transported into the building, or who authorized its placement on the premises of the European Union legislative body.

This occurrence places a controversial artistic depiction of a prominent American political figure directly inside a major international legislative hub. The European Parliament serves as the elected legislative body of the European Union, making it a central stage for European politics and transnational diplomacy. The placement of a provocative physical sculpture inside this specific building connects American political figures to European institutional spaces in a visible manner. Coverage does not yet provide historical context regarding prior art installations within the parliament or whether similar statues have been displayed in other international legislative buildings.

As the situation continues to develop across global media channels, interested observers and audiences must monitor upcoming news reports for further updates. Coverage does not currently specify whether European Union officials plan to remove the statue, allow it to remain on display, or issue an official statement regarding its unauthorized or authorized presence. Future updates from the reporting outlets will clarify the administrative response from the European Parliament, the identity of the artists or groups responsible for the installation, and the ultimate destination of the gold sculpture.
