## Executive Summary
Recent sports coverage examines how the Eagles-Jaguars London game overrun affected pregame show viewership on Fox and CBS.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent reporting details how an overrun from the Eagles-Jaguars London game appears to have negatively impacted the viewership numbers for established pregame shows on both the Fox and CBS networks. This television audience shift highlights the direct scheduling and broadcast challenges that occur when international NFL matchups extend beyond their anticipated time windows and bleed into subsequent domestic programming blocks. Media analysis and coverage surrounding this broadcast phenomenon are driven by reporting from outlets such as Awful Announcing and Yahoo Sports, which examine both the structural television impacts and related team developments.

While Awful Announcing focuses on the broader implications of the game overrun for major network pregame broadcasts, Yahoo Sports provides parallel reporting examining player performance and stability within the Philadelphia Eagles organization. This television scheduling overlap occurs against the backdrop of the NFL's ongoing international series, which frequently features early morning London kickoffs that conclude close to the traditional start times of standard Sunday afternoon pregame analysis shows. Broadcasters routinely navigate these scheduling collisions, which can alter normal viewing habits for football audiences tuning in across different networks throughout the morning and early afternoon hours.

Future coverage will likely monitor whether network executives adjust their programming strategies or if subsequent international games will prompt schedule adjustments by broadcasters like Fox and CBS. Specific metrics regarding the exact viewership losses and subsequent ratings adjustments are matters that ongoing media coverage has yet to fully detail or quantify.
