> **Open Intelligence Dossier** · First detected: 2026-10-20 20:00 UTC · Category: Health

## Executive Summary
Police raid on RFK Jr's vaccine research group coincides with ethical questions over a Guinea‑Bissau hepatitis B birth‑dose trial.

## Intelligence Brief
The concurrent focus on a hepatitis B vaccine trial and the police action reflects a broader context in which Guinea‑Bissau is hosting clinical research that draws international attention. Birth‑dose vaccination is a standard public‑health strategy, yet the trial’s approach has prompted scrutiny over informed‑consent procedures and participant protection, as noted by Infection Control Today.

RFK Jr’s involvement in vaccine discourse, and the moniker “deities of vaccine research,” suggest a link between the raid and the ongoing ethical debate. Future monitoring will likely centre on statements from Guinean authorities about the legal basis for the raid, any charges filed against the group, and responses from the trial’s sponsors.

Infection Control Today may issue follow‑up reports on the ethical review process, while international health regulators could comment on the trial’s compliance with global standards. Observers are advised to track additional coverage from both outlets for updates.
