Kim Kardashian dresses as daughter North West for Halloween. See the look

Recent media coverage details the 2026 Halloween costume choices of celebrity figures, focusing specifically on Kim Kardashian dressing as her daughter, North West. According to reports from USA Today, Kim Kardashian dressed as her daughter, while separate coverage from outlets like Complex and Yahoo notes that North West herself went as Natalie Nunn for Halloween, complete with a prosthetic chin that made her unrecognizable in a reality TV star costume. People.com notes that North West is thirteen years old in its reporting on the event, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit places the new costume within the context of Kim Kardashian's past looks over the years, spanning from Pamela Anderson to her own daughter. Publications such as ELLE have highlighted Kim Kardashian's look as a leading contender among the best celebrity Halloween costumes of 2026. The widespread nature of the coverage, spanning multiple entertainment and mainstream outlets including USA Today, People.com, Yahoo, Complex, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and ELLE, indicates significant public interest in these familial costume choices.

The reports detail specific elements of the disguises, contrasting Kim Kardashian's portrayal of her daughter with North West's own separate costume choice featuring distinct prosthetic modifications. While the outlets provide detailed descriptions of the visual elements of both costumes, the coverage does not yet specify any further events related to the holiday celebrations. This trend builds upon an established pattern of public fascination with celebrity costume choices during the Halloween season, particularly regarding recurring figures like Kim Kardashian, whose past costumes are tracked by outlets like Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. The intersection of family dynamics and public personas is heavily emphasized in the current reporting, as a mother dresses as her teenager and the teenager simultaneously adopts the persona of a television personality. The specific inclusion of prosthetic elements in North West's costume adds an extra layer of visual transformation that attracted independent coverage from Complex and Yahoo, distinguishing these costumes from standard celebratory attire.

As the current news cycle continues to process these reveals, audiences and readers are left to monitor whether additional family members will unveil coordinating or competing costumes as October thirty-first approaches. Outlets tracking the best celebrity costumes of the year, such as ELLE, may provide updates if further prominent figures reveal their holiday attire. Coverage does not yet specify any official statements from the family regarding the inspiration behind the specific wardrobe choices, leaving observers to rely strictly on the visual documentation provided across the reporting platforms.
