## Intelligence Brief
With the game hanging in the balance, Amen Thompson leapt to block Victor Wembanyama’s last‑second shot, a play captured by multiple outlets. The block preserved the Rockets’ lead and secured the victory. The New York Times noted that the play left Kevin Durant in disbelief, underscoring its dramatic impact. Bleacher Report followed the game with a detailed box‑score, highlighting KD’s performance and naming the block among the top plays. Analysts will monitor the Spurs’ response, looking for adjustments in Wembanyama’s usage and the team’s defensive schemes. Continued commentary from outlets such as ESPN, NBA.com, and Bleacher Report is expected as the early season narrative for both franchises unfolds.
