## Executive Summary
Anaheim police are investigating the death of a 65-year-old man discovered near the entrance to the Disneyland resort.

## Intelligence Brief
Anaheim police have launched an investigation following the discovery of a deceased individual located near the entrance of the Disneyland resort. According to reports from Patch, the person found dead has been identified as a 65-year-old man. The incident has caused immediate disruptions to the area surrounding the theme park entrance, as authorities work to secure the scene and conduct their preliminary inquiry into the circumstances of the death. Coverage of the event is being provided by Patch and KOMO.

Reports from KOMO specifically emphasize the impact on local movement, noting that pedestrian traffic had to be detoured after the body was discovered. This indicates that the location of the deceased was positioned in a high-traffic area utilized by visitors attempting to enter the resort, necessitating police intervention to redirect the flow of people away from the investigation site. While the reports confirm the age and gender of the deceased, the current coverage does not yet specify the cause of death or the identity of the 65-year-old man. The proximity of the incident to one of the most visited tourist destinations in the region has drawn attention to the security and safety of the perimeter areas surrounding the Disney property.

Moving forward, the investigation will focus on determining how the man died and whether the event was accidental or the result of foul play. Observers should look for updates from the Anaheim police regarding the official cause of death. Coverage does not yet indicate if the man was a guest of the resort or a local resident, and further details are expected as the autopsy or police reports are released to the public.
