## Executive Summary
Rockstar Games is distributing GTA VI review keys with an expected publication embargo date of November 18, 2026.

## Intelligence Brief
Rockstar Games has initiated the distribution of review keys for Grand Theft Auto VI to a specific set of gaming journalists. According to reports from GameGPU, the developer is limiting the distribution of the title to a select group of journalists rather than a wide-scale release. This process is coinciding with widespread anticipation regarding when the first critical impressions will be available to the general public. Current reporting suggests that the review copies are actively being sent out to the designated press members. Multiple outlets are tracking the specifics of the review timeline.

Tech-Insider and Instant Gaming News both report that the review embargo for Grand Theft Auto VI is expected to be lifted on November 18, 2026. This date is being eyed as the window when press reviews are slated for publication. Insider Gaming has also provided detailed coverage regarding these embargo dates, while GameGPU focuses on the restricted nature of the distribution list chosen by Rockstar Games for this cycle. Contextual speculation has emerged regarding potential leaks and early access. Notebookcheck reports that a review copy may have been sent to a YouTuber known for posting spoilers regarding release dates.

Additionally, Pasquale Pillitteri has examined a post featuring a palm tree by the creator Shirrako, though coverage notes that this specific post does not confirm that creator copies of the game have been distributed. These developments highlight the high tension and scrutiny surrounding the game's rollout. Future developments to monitor include the official confirmation of the November 18 date and whether other content creators receive copies. Based on the reporting from Notebookcheck and Pasquale Pillitteri, the industry is watching for any signs of premature spoilers or confirmations of access from non-journalist influencers. The primary focus remains on the restricted group of journalists currently receiving keys and the subsequent lifting of the embargo as reported by Tech-Insider.
