According to reports from outlets such as Page Six, Variety, BBC, The Irish News, and Newser, family members have shared significant details regarding the singer's final days and medical evaluations. Jack Osbourne revealed that doctors specifically warned Ozzy Osbourne not to perform his final concert just seventeen days before his death. Despite this medical warning, the performance took place, followed by Sharon Osbourne describing her husband as having been 'flying high' until the day he passed away, noting that the family had not seen him that way in years.

Further reporting from Variety and the BBC elaborates on the emotional aftermath and daily routine experienced by Sharon Osbourne following her husband's passing. Sharon Osbourne stated in coverage that she will never get over the death of Ozzy Osbourne and shared that she visits his grave every single day. The coverage across these multiple publications highlights a dual narrative of creative fulfillment during his final musical appearance contrasted sharply with the subsequent grief and the newly disclosed medical advisories issued shortly before the event.
