According to the company's official newsroom and various industry reports, Ayoub previously served as a Vice President for Dungeons & Dragons. His new leadership role expands his oversight to include both the tabletop gaming giant Wizards of the Coast and the broader Hasbro Digital Games division. Multiple gaming and industry outlets have highlighted the specifics of Ayoub's background. PC Gamer emphasizes that Ayoub is a former boss of Halo, suggesting a strong link between his experience in high-profile digital gaming and his new responsibilities.
