## Executive Summary
A restock of the Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 suggests improved hardware availability for consumers following the initial launch.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent reports indicate a restock of the Zelda 40th Anniversary edition of the Nintendo Switch 2. According to coverage from The Shortcut, specifically written by Matt Swider, this movement in inventory is interpreted as a positive signal for individuals who attempted to purchase the console on its launch day. This replenishment suggests that supply chain constraints may be easing, allowing more consumers to acquire the special edition hardware that marks the 40th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda series. Simultaneously, coverage from GoNintendo and Nintendo Life highlights the introduction of new peripheral hardware. These outlets report that HORI has unveiled a comprehensive lineup of Legend of Zelda-themed accessories designed specifically for the Switch 2.

This expansion of the ecosystem indicates a coordinated push to provide themed hardware and add-ons to coincide with the anniversary celebrations, broadening the available options for users of the new console platform. Adding to the hardware details, BigGo Finance reports on the official Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller. The controller is priced at ¥9,980, which is approximately $63. The reporting specifies that this official controller features quiet sticks and rear buttons that facilitate changes to the TV mode. This technical detail provides insight into the functional upgrades being integrated into the Switch 2's official input devices compared to previous generations of Nintendo hardware.

Moving forward, observers will likely track the availability of the Zelda 40th Anniversary consoles as the restock continues. The market will also be watching for the retail rollout of the HORI accessory lineup and the official Pro Controller. Because the coverage emphasizes the relationship between the restock and launch day buyers, the primary point of interest remains whether Nintendo can maintain this inventory level to meet the demand for both the console and its accompanying Zelda-themed peripherals.
