## Executive Summary
Fleetwood Town secures a high-profile home tie against either Everton or Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

## Intelligence Brief
The Carabao Cup quarter-final draw has established a series of high-stakes matchups, most notably featuring Fleetwood Town. According to coverage from the BBC and The New York Times, Fleetwood Town has been drawn to host a match against either Everton or Newcastle United. This specific pairing depends on the outcome of a previous stage. Other confirmed fixtures include Liverpool, who are set to host Bournemouth in their respective quarter-final match. These pairings were finalized following the progress of several top teams into the final eight of the competition.

Detailed reporting from Sky Sports highlights that both Fleetwood Town and Bradford City have secured home ties against Premier League opposition, emphasizing the advantage of playing on their own grounds. The coverage from ESPN and The New York Times focuses heavily on the Liverpool versus Bournemouth fixture. Meanwhile, the BBC provides broader context regarding how the tournament reached this stage, noting that both Manchester City and Liverpool successfully progressed through the previous round via penalty shootouts to secure their places in the quarter-finals. This draw is significant because it pits lower-tier sides against established Premier League giants. The fact that Fleetwood Town and Bradford City will play at home creates a narrative of potential upsets against superior opposition.

The progression of Manchester City and Liverpool via penalties indicates a competitive lead-up to this draw, suggesting that the path to the semi-finals has been narrow for some of the tournament favorites. The structure of the draw ensures that several high-profile clubs remain in the competition as it enters the final stages. Looking ahead, the immediate focus remains on the match that will determine whether Everton or Newcastle United will travel to face Fleetwood Town. Further attention will be directed toward the Liverpool versus Bournemouth game as the teams prepare for the quarter-final clash. The coverage does not specify the exact dates or times for these matches, but the pairing of home ties for Bradford and Fleetwood confirms the logistical setup for the next round of the EFL Cup.
