## Intelligence Brief
Anthony Edwards, a star player for the Minnesota Timberwolves, is scheduled to undergo surgery on his knee. According to a report from the Star Tribune, the procedure will result in the athlete being sidelined for an extended period of time. The coverage specifies that the recovery process and the subsequent absence from the court could last up to two months. This development marks a significant medical setback for the Timberwolves as they manage their roster and schedule during the current professional basketball timeline. The reporting on this injury is centered on the Star Tribune, which first detailed the necessity of the surgical intervention.

The coverage emphasizes the duration of the expected absence, highlighting that Edwards will miss up to two months of action.
