## Executive Summary
FromSoftware officially delays its Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive title, The Duskbloods, into 2027.

## Intelligence Brief
Recent gaming industry reporting indicates that the upcoming video game title The Duskbloods has been officially delayed into the year 2027. According to extensive coverage across multiple outlets including GameSpot, Inven Global, Nintendo Everything, IGN, and Gematsu, the game is developed by FromSoftware as an exclusive for Nintendo's Switch 2 platform. The announcement involves a shared statement from the developer addressing the schedule change, though the exact revised release date within 2027 has not yet been specified by the sources.

Simultaneously, separate reporting from Wccftech highlights that while FromSoftware has remained relatively silent on certain details, a datamine of the Switch 2 uncovered the existence of thirteen total Bloodsworn characters. Outlets such as Nintendo Everything and IGN have emphasized the official nature of the delay statement provided by the developer, confirming that the exclusive title will no longer meet its original release window. This delay impacts the early software lineup surrounding the Nintendo Switch 2, given that The Duskbloods is positioned specifically as an exclusive for the new hardware.

Future developments to watch, based strictly on the current coverage, include any subsequent announcements from FromSoftware regarding a precise release date within 2027, as well as official acknowledgments or details concerning the thirteen Bloodsworn uncovered in the recent Switch 2 datamine. Coverage does not yet specify when further platform-specific information will be released.
